The CABALA Juice Fast Day 3 Video

July 16, 2011

Ultimate Sports Therapy – Holistic Lifestyle Coach Brandon Krieger Day 3 of CABALA Juice Fast

Good Morning Everyone,

I am on Day 3 of the CABALA Juice Fast and I am feeling it. I am tired and really warn out. My emotions are balance but just really tired and was feeling some pain in my right lower back. I am thinking it’s my liver and I wasn’t drinking enough water.  After drinking 1 litre of water I was feeling better and the pain went away.

Just a reminder of the ingredients

The ingredients for the CABALA Juice is

4 to 6 Carrots
2 Red Apples
1/2 a Beet
2 Green Apples
1 Lemon
2 Yellow Apples.

I do add spinach for iron and vitamin B.

Remember as you are going through this fast if your doing it as well I recommend you drink lots of good quality water 300 PPM (Parts Per Million) and PH balance of 7. Evan and Fuji are the best waters, now if you can’t afford to purchase water all the time then put a pinch of organic sea salt in your water. If you taste the salt you put to much in.  Drink 3 to 4 litres of water per day to flush out all the toxins that are breaking down.

Next is exercise, Please stay away from exercise because you are not taking enough nutrients in to supply yourself with the energy to work out. I recommend that you go for a walk say 15min to 60min and as the fast progress increase it. As your body cleans up your will have more energy. If you feel the urge to work out please consult with someone who knows about fasting. As well understands training this way you don’t train yourself into injury or sickness.

THIS IS IMPORTANT!!!

If you have any illness and/or on any medication please consult with a practitioner and/or doctor before doing this Juice Fast. If you are not sure please contact me and I will answer any questions you might have.

Keep an eye out for my posts because I am going to go through it with you.

Thanks Everyone,

Love & Chi,

The CABALA Juice Fast Day 1 and 2 Video

July 14, 2011

Ultimate Sports Therapy – Holistic Lifestyle Coach Brandon Krieger Day 1 and 2 of CABALA Juice Fast

Good Morning Everyone,

I am back doing the CABALA Juice Fast. I just started day 1 yesterday and just showed how to make the juice. Day 2 today and it has been a hard morning feeling tired. I am also feeling the cleansing happening.

Just a reminder of the ingredients

The ingredients for the CABALA Juice is

4 to 6 Carrots
2 Red Apples
1/2 a Beet
2 Green Apples
1 Lemon
2 Yellow Apples.

I do add spinach for iron and vitamin B.

People have asked me why I am doing this Cabala Juice Fast and the reason are these.

I have been gaining weight and am up to 228lbs as of today and I know that is all because of stress. When I mean stress it is over working, now depending on what stress your dealing with it could be mental, emotional, physical, environment and chemical. These stresses would case the body to gain weight.

Now I want to remind people this is not a diet, this is a way to cleanse the garbage out of the system. You will lose weight through the process but after the cleanse you need to eat properly to maintain the weight loss and stay healthy.

Reiki Therapy – Brandon Krieger How Reiki Helps Athletes

March 5, 2011

Working with the Active Population be it people just going about their day to professional Athletes we all go through our challenges of soreness, aches and pains.  People who are active by walking, running, cycling, playing sports, training whatever the activity maybe can have different challenges.  Muscle fatigue, soreness, aches, mental fatigue, frustration, and worrying before a competition or event.

I have seen people from all different levels come into the clinic and see benefits from incorporating Reiki as a part of their treatment and training protocol.  I have seen people who have had deep bone bruises from being hit, go away as quickly as one week and they were back training. For example a deep bone bruise to the thigh could take up to 3 months to heal. I treated a Muay Thai fighter who was back training in a few weeks with no problems.  This is just one of the many success stories I have had treating someone using Reiki as one of their therapies to help treat them.  I have also seen people break through metal barriers and be more focused for their event.

The reason why I believe Reiki works is because as people in the Active community understand you have to exercise, stretch, eat nutritionally dense whole foods, have time for rest and repair and, treat injuries if they occur through your training. Some people go to that next level and have a Personal Trainer, Coach, Nutritionist, Physiotherapist, or Athletic Therapist as part of their team.  The challenge is that we are affected by everything we come in contact with People, electronics, our emotions, our thoughts which can all affect us physically.

Most of us including myself when I was first started training for soccer I never realized what things around me could have an effect on my body and my performance.  As I learned more about different aspects could influence my training and really tested it out I noticed how everything around me either affected me positivity or negativity.

Here is a test for you

1)      Think about meeting up with someone that frustrates you, someone who really makes you feel upset. Sit with that for a bit and see how you feel? What starts to tighten up?

2)      Then think about someone that makes you laugh, that is really fun to be around. Sit with that for a bit see how you feel.

Important to remember that person is not there with you, this is just thinking about that person. Now think about this, if you are just sitting there thinking about this person and they are not actually there.  How it would affect you if you met up with that person right now?

Now relate that to your training, competitions, events…etc. If you are having a negative experience think about how much more that can affect you because your just not thinking it, you are actually going through the experience. So you are mentally, emotionally and physically going through that experience.

This is why it is so important to work with someone that can help clear that negativity while training, prior to an event and even in the event.

4 Bodies you need to take care of

February 10, 2011

Good Day everyone,

It has been a while since I have written anything. I have been busy studying and learning from the people I have been working with.

I have really learned about health and wellness looking at what I call the different bodies.

Energy body

Emotional body

Mental body

Physical body

And how each can affect your health individually and in combination with each other. If one is affected it can and will over time affect the other ones.

That is why it is so important to look after each body and make sure they are in harmony.

To give you some examples

Energy Body – is the body that takes on positive and negative energy be it your cell phone, computer, power wires, positive or  negative people, places or things just to give you an example.  Will affect your energy body positively or negatively depending on the situation.

Emotional body—when you think of emotions of being positive, happy, grateful, in love vs being negative mad, sad, depressed.

Mental body- this is important like a muscle you have to work it out but not over due it. Make sure you are living towards a dream and enjoying the journey.

Physical Body – This is one that is most talked about in the media, books, articles…etc using the physical body you have to make sure you are exercising and using your body daily. If you do not use it you lose it. Also you have to make sure you do not over train.

The reason why I wanted to give you a little foundation about this is because working with people all across the world I have found that if you do not harmonize all bodies then the issue will come back.

I have seen this with health issue, business, relationships challenges you name it.  When I first started working with people I was working on the Physical by making sure people were eating the right foods, sleeping properly, hydrating themselves, exercising properly, then I would work on the mental emotional challenges because I know hormonally the body was balancing out nutritionally.  I had some success but I found that there were certain people that would fall back into the same routine.  Which I would have to go back through the process and make sure they were on track until I started to work on all the bodies. Once I incorporated energy work and balancing with all the other coaching my success rate increased. The people were getting better result while feeling amazing through the process.

What I recommend if you are dealing with any life challenges is to do this first work on the

1 st Energy body- have some energy work done from a Reiki Practitioner to help you get balanced out

2 nd Physical body – get on the right nutrition plan and exercise program to help balance out your energy, hormones and focus

3 rd Mental body – have an over arching dream that you are working towards by learning your Legacy, your values and setting proper goals

4 th Emotional body- make sure you doing the above and your emotional state will change if not see a professional that can help teach you why your emotions are not serving you and how you can manage them.

I am going to go into more detail for each body and how to achieve success in each area.

Brandon Krieger Holistic Lifestyle Coach Clarifies Ultimate Sports Therapy’s Name

November 18, 2010

I see so many people looking at our name Ultimate Sports Therapy and really thinking a few things. Like they only treat extreme sports and wouldn’t be able to help me with my injury.  The other one I hear is don’t you only treat athletes?

I can completely understand how Ultimate Sports Therapy’s name can give people that impression.

When we developed Ultimate Sports Therapy we really wanted to become the leaders in Holistic Therapy. The word Ultimate for us means to be the best of the best at Holistic Therapy. Now people think of Sports as football, basketball, baseball, hockey, soccer, boxing, mixed martial arts. I am sure we can all agree our definition of someone that plays sports is considered to be an athlete. Now what if I told you that everyone is an athlete because we all have to squat, twist, lunge, bend, push, pull and walk. With that definition if anyone moves they are an athlete.  Last but not least Therapy, we have decided to take a holistic approach to therapy not just looking at the injury but looking at the whole person. We look at the nutrition, sleep, hydration, stress levels, mental, emotional, posture and the injury as a whole. This way when someone gets treated we make sure we are treating the cause not the symptom.

Now when you hear the name Ultimate Sports Therapy you will know we are working towards being the Best in Holistic Therapy for all people.

Cleanse or Not to Cleanse that is the question

October 21, 2010

Cleanse or not to cleanse that is the question

Now a days so many people are talking about cleansing and fasting.  People are cleansing for all sorts of reasons be it for weight loss, colon, kidney, liver, gall bladder…etc. I am all for cleanses I just see too many people jumping right to cleanses before building the foundation first.

Our body have a natural elimination system that works on getting rid of the waste that our body creates from it natural processes. Now when people add more waste to the system, the elimination system can get over worked and not function optimally.  This is when cleansing is needed to help clear out what the natural system is having a hard time removing.

Before doing any cleanses people need to first look at their lifestyles. How they eat, sleep, their stools, exercise, and hydration. If these are not providing your temple with optimal health a cleanse is not going do anything except clean the pipes for a short period of time. Then they are going to get clogged up again once you go back to your hold habits.  Our bodies work on natural rhythms and if you do not establish those natural rhythms back, the body is not going to know how to eliminate. The tubes will get backed up and then you will be doing a cleanse again and again.  Think of your body as trillions of tubes that all work together. Our body has a natural way of cleansing these tubes, but through our lifestyle, stress, poor quality foods and eating habits our tubes start to get damaged.

Now if you were a plumber looking at dealing with this in your house, you would first try to clean the tubes with some liquid cleanser. If that did not work you would use a something stronger or even a wire brush to scrub. If that did not work you would replace the pipe.

This is no different than how people look at their bodies. They go through the same process not realizing it is what they are putting down the pipe in the first place that is clogging the pipes. Then they are not looking moving the fluid (exercise) and only putting the best food and water down the pipes which helps keep the pipes clean.

I have worked with lots of people who first initially came to me because they wanted a cleanse because they had a certain health challenges. I put them on a healthy eating plan, they started to exercise, reduced the stress and the body started to cleanse naturally.  The people went through a detoxification and saw a lot of changes in their body.  Now if a tube is blocked and needs some help after that then I would recommend going on a cleanse because then they have the proper eating, exercise, stress levels and hydration that will keep the body healthy.

I would recommend first create a healthy lifestyle of proper eating, exercise, reduce your stress and hydration. Then if needed go on cleanse to care the tubes.

Holistic Lifestyle Coach talks about How to be Successful in Your Business

October 7, 2010

Over the years I have read numerous amounts of success books 7 Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen Covey, Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill, Listen to Anthony Robbins…etc.  Each time I was able to move my knowledge up to the next level but it only lasted for so long. Then I had to review it again. I found most of these books were talking about one part of success, be it personal or business but they were talking about the whole package.

I was still over weight but making $70,000 a year doing IT work (Information Technology) which was part of my success that I wanted. I was able to apply the recommendations these books provided me to be successful and obtain it but still was not happy emotionally or physically.  I was having back problems, getting sick but the money was increasing.  I see this time and time again with facebook posts, webinars, groups…etc all talking about the money aspects, How to get more prospects ? How to make more money? The list goes on and on. The challenge is really more serious than people think, most people do not even realize there is a bigger issue.  They do not even know themselves.

I have coach numerous amounts of people trying to become successful from all different countries. Each and every time I have to work on them first personally, nutrition, sleep, core values, legacy..etc
before I worked on their business each and everyone saw success just with those fundamental changes.

I am sure you are saying why would I have to work on these areas first before I work on my business or career success?  Think of it this way if you do not have a strong foundation how are you going to build a high rise that can reach as high as you can imagine?  If your core values, legacy, breathing, hydration, exercise, nutrition and thoughts are not at their optimal how are you going to be able to build on top of it? Business or career is secondary to these main foundational principals.  If they are not strong when you add more pressure your success will crumble to the bottom and you will be wondering why.

I am telling you here today, it is because you did not have a strong foundation to be able to build on.  Before you try making your millions make sure your foundation is strong. Nothing sucks more then spending a lot of your hard earned money, your time and heart into something that crumbles underneath you.

Why is healing yourself so Important?

September 23, 2010

Why is healing yourself so Important?

Many of us focus including me when times get tough we focus on money, debit, our wants vs want we truly need. This has lead into colds, flues, feeling emotionally down and over time if not dealt with can lead into a disease.

When you look out our primal instincts the order of importance for our survival is

1)      Safety

2)      Security

3)      Substance

4)      Sex

If these are not met in this order our body starts to try to control this order. If you do not feel safe at your work then your sex drive goes, then challenges with eating and it works back to safety and security until you start to heal.

I see and talk to people all over the world about their personal or professional challenges.   Each and every time I have worked with someone I had to start from the foundation of safety and security. Then work on substance and the rest comes.

Now I write this article today because more and more people are getting sick, having financial problems, going to pharmaceuticals to help and are finding themselves in the rat race.  We need to educate on self care how to take care of our own well being first and then deal with the other challenges. If your stressed, not sleeping well, not eating properly how are you going to solve any problems.  Think of it this way say you are a builder and you are going to build a house. You see a lot open that you can see an beautiful house being built in. You design the plan and start getting to work, as you start building you run out of supplies and challenges start to come up. You have 2 choices one you take a break sit back and get the right supplies for the job and go maybe a little slower. Or you push through using rusty nails, rotten wood, you are tired, stressed and just do not care.

Now here is 2 questions for you

1 Which house would you want to live in?

2 What do you think the health is going to be of the builder after he is finished?
